Key Responsibilities: 1.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins. 2.Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technology requirements. 3.Account Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. 4.Service Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions to meet client expectations and satisfaction. 5.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely manner. 6.Contract Management: Manage contracts, service agreements, and renewals, ensuring compliance and profitability. 7.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8.Problem Solving: Collaborate with technical teams to identify and propose solutions to meet client needs and resolve technical challenges. 9.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional IT services and solutions to clients. 10.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new client acquisition. 11.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and service history. 12.Reporting: Generate reports on account activity, client satisfaction, and revenue performance. 13Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. 14.Training: Provide clients with training and guidance on IT products and services as needed.
