Job Description

Deorwine Infotech is seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our agile development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices, promoting collaboration, and ensuring that our agile development process runs smoothly. Your leadership and guidance will enable our teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Facilitation:

  1. Team Empowerment: Coach and empower agile development teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.

  2. Scrum Meetings: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

  3. Sprint Execution: Ensure that sprint goals and commitments are understood and achieved by the team.

  4. Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

  5. Backlog Refinement: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

Agile Process and Best Practices:

  1. Agile Principles: Promote and reinforce agile principles and values within the team and organization.

  2. Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and iterating on agile practices.

  3. Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze relevant metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  1. Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

  2. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions to reach resolutions.

Risk Management:

  1. Risk Identification: Identify and assess risks and dependencies that may affect project timelines and outcomes.

  2. Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.


  1. Documentation: Maintain Scrum artifacts, including the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.

  2. Transparency: Ensure transparency of progress and status by maintaining up-to-date information radiators.

Training and Education:

  1. Training: Provide training and guidance on Scrum practices and principles to team members and stakeholders as needed.
