Key Responsibilities:

Team Empowerment: Coach and empower agile development teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
Scrum Meetings: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Sprint Execution: Ensure that sprint goals and commitments are understood and achieved by the team.
Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Backlog Refinement: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Agile Process and Best Practices:
Agile Principles: Promote and reinforce agile principles and values within the team and organization.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and iterating on agile practices.
Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze relevant metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
